The Soc. Ralma Sas di Pisanu Maria e figli carries out the activity of management of accommodation facilities for tourist destinations.

Since 2001 it has been managing hotel facilities, first in Villasimius (Hotel Le Anfore), and then the Hotel Nautilus, located in Cagliari on the seafront Poetto at number 156–158. The goal of this plan is to create a new production site, adjacent to the Nautilus, starting from the assumption that the structure is located in a strategic position, between the beautiful beach of Poetto, the salt marshes of the protected park of Molentargius, the Sella del Diavolo and the tourist harbour of Marina Piccola.

Opened in July 2014, the Nautilus Hotel is open all year round, with an annual occupancy rate of 96%, and offers its guests the opportunity to discover the most important city on the island and enjoy the beach of Poetto, with its eight km of coastline and transparent sea.

An employment rate of 96% is the main indicator that induces management to make new investments aimed at increasing the company’s production capacity and targeting new customers.

The investment provided for in the plan is configured as an “initial investment”, concerning the expansion of the capacity of an existing production unit. The reception capacity will increase from the current 18 double rooms (36 beds) to 27 rooms (57 beds).
